Description:
We adopted Riley about 6 years ago when she was 2 years old from a shelter. She is a very shy, timid dog but has come a long way since living with us! She is nervous and will bark at first, but she has never been aggressive towards us or strangers, she just looks/sounds scary. Overall, she is a very sweet dog who is super eager to please! She is easily trainable and walks well on a leash, can sit, stay, and will even roll over for yummy enough treats. We have an 18-month old and are expecting another baby in the next few weeks and just don’t have the time to devote to her anymore. We have noticed her acting out because she is not getting as much attention and we have a problem with her knocking our son over and hitting him in the head with her tail. We feel like she would be happier in a home with older kids or adults who can give her more attention.
