Meet Lilah! She is an 8 mo old female American Staffordshire/Pitbull Terrier mix that weighs 40 lbs. She came into the Mesquite Animal Shelter as a stray on 4/23.This sweet lovebug would be a gem to any one's loving family. She is a beauty with her right eye outlined! She walks great on a leash, takes treats gently, and enjoys being petted and loved on. While petting her she looked up with a big smile and gave me many kisses. I feel she has been an indoor pup and maybe housetrained. Walking past the other dogs barking, she didn't show an interest in them, but we always ask if there will be another dog in the home to please ask the shelter for a dog test. She deserves to have her own loving family with her secured backyard to run and play in. She didn't show interest in toys, but once in her own home, that may change. If you can offer this lovely girl all the love and affection she deserves, living indoors cuddling close, she is the pup for you! Please come spend time with her. You will fall for her just as I have.
