Appa is about 4, he was rescued as a puppy in Phoenix. I will be moving and going out of the country, my parents do not have the time or capability of looking after him while I am away. Im looking for someone to give him a stable and secure home. He loves walks, puddles, people but can get overstimulated when there’s too much noise. He has never bit anyone or any dogs, he does bark a lot. He loves treats and bedtime breath treats he knows as his toothbrush
