Not only does he have bronchitis but an ultrasound found he also has a gastric motility disorder in his stomach and esophagus. Food is not moving through the esophagus and stomach. Tugg has lost 7.5 pounds from his ideal weight. He is now on medication and a special diet were are hoping this will help. Please consider making a donation towards his medical bills. You can make a donation on our website www.pugrescuenc.org click donate. Tugg is 6 year old fawn male pug. He came into rescue with a severe case of bronchitis. He is currently under a vets care. He is a large pug at almost 18 inches tall and 32 pounds; not fat just super tall and long. We just say there is more to love. He is super sweet even with feeling poorly. We will know more about him as he starts to feel better Tugg is neutered, microchipped, up to date on routine shots, and heartworm negative. He is fostered in Virginia Beach VA and his adoption fee is $350.00. Please put in your adoption application on our website www.pugrescuenc.org if you would like to be considered for him. All pugs must be indoors dogs and kept current on heartworm prevention. We only adopt to states in and surrounding NC and VA.
